DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sales & Business Development : Prospecting, conducting client visits, meetings, presentations, proposal creation, and negotiation to close deals. Client Relationship Management : Building and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships with customers. Market & Opportunity Identification : Analyzing customer needs to identify new markets and generate fresh opportunities, ensuring targets are met. Collaboration : Coordinating with internal teams and principals to develop comprehensive solution proposals for clients. Target Achievement : Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. Sales Coverage Area : Central Java and surrounding regions.
REQUIREMENT

Male/Female, maximum 30 years old. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunication, or equivalent. Solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills. Proactive, eager to learn, and ready for challenges. Highly motivated, disciplined, and a strong team player. Experience in IT product/service sales is a plus. Proficiency in English is a definite advantage.
