DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and medium-to-long-term business plans. Manage the financial database to record all transactions processed from the system. Conduct monthly financial performance analysis, including variance analysis between actual results and budget. Provide financial reports and insights to management to support strategic decision-making. Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business initiatives. Collaborate with other departments to gather data, understand business needs, and identify opportunities for cost efficiency and profitability improvement. Prepare financial analysis reports for management.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or other related fields. At least 3 years of experience in revenue and cost analysis or corporate financial statement analysis. Ability to work independently and in a team within tight deadlines and a dynamic work environment. Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as KNIME, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders.
