DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources and General Affairs management. Strong knowledge of HR laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training & development. Ability to manage general affairs operations including facilities management, vendor management, and office administration. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
