DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify and develop new business opportunities in Surabaya and surrounding industrial regions Proactively conduct sales visits, customer calls, and technical discussions to promote ASSAB products Achieve sales targets and profitability goals in alignment with company objectives Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and industrial partners Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely quotation, technical support, and delivery Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates regularly Attend trade shows, technical seminars, and customer training sessions as required
REQUIREMENT

Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in tool steel, manufacturing, metalworking, mould and die, or related industries Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently Willing to travel frequently across East Java and other assigned regions Based in Surabaya or willing to relocate About Us ASSAB Steels Indonesia is part of the global ASSAB and Uddeholm network, the world’s leading provider of high-performance tool steels and special steels for the manufacturing, mould, and die industries.
