DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Plan, coordinate, and lead the execution of external audits for a portfolio of clients Supervise and mentor a team of audit professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services Identify and assess risks, develop appropriate audit strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and insights effectively to clients and stakeholders Collaborate with the firm's leadership to develop and implement audit best practices and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to the firm's business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 5 years of experience in external audit, preferably in a public accounting firm or a large organisation Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting requirements Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members Experience in leading and managing audit teams, including mentoring and developing junior professionals Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards, particularly in the Akuntansi - Audit – Eksternal domain
