DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Providing end-to-end HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices Collaborating with managers to address HR-related concerns and find effective solutions Coordinating employee training and development initiatives Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters Contributing to the overall HR strategy and supporting the continuous improvement of HR processes
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to multitask effectively Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices Proactive, adaptable, and committed to providing exceptional customer service Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must
