DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals, including scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
Handle correspondence, mail, and information requests, including preparing and managing confidential documents.
Greet visitors, manage phone calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
Coordinate office management activities, maintain office procedures, and ensure efficient filing systems (both hard copy and electronic).
Assist in preparing agendas, taking dictation, transcribing notes, and supporting meetings.
Manage budgets, plan events, and oversee volunteer activities.
Operate office equipment and coordinate logistics for outgoing mail and packages.
Relay directives and assignments to team members, and assist in travel itinerary preparation and record-keeping.
Support committees, task forces, and special projects as needed.
Conduct website/Newsletter/Scientific Journal searches, and Reports
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma Degree from Secretarial Academy or Bachelor Degree from any equivalent reputable university with min GPA 3.00
Proven working experience of at least 1 years as Secretary / Personal Assistant
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Proficiency in Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
High degree of multi-tasking and time management skills
Organized, detailed, quick, flexible, communicative, and confident
Willing to be placed in our Office
