DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Surgical products to healthcare providers, hospitals, and other key stakeholders Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development and business strategies Drive sales growth and support end-to-end transaction management Gather customer feedback to support continuous product improvement Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
REQUIREMENT

Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent planning and organizational abilities to execute marketing strategies effectively Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand and adapt to new products and market trends Highly motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets
