DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of networks. Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems. Manage IT assets, including preventive maintenance and asset data updates. Handle documentation administration in accordance with ISO standards (FD). Provide user support, troubleshooting, and help desk services. Manage domain systems. Administer software licenses. Serve as the key account for ERP systems.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. At least 1 year of proven experience in a related role. Experience in IT Help Desk support. Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, and TCP/IP network concepts. Proficiency in office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar).
