DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Gather and analyze business needs, and translate them into clear BRS/CR documentation for the technical team - Ensure all business requirements are aligned with company standards - Represent user perspectives during system design and solution selection - Collaborate with users and TCOE to plan and execute testing (scenarios & scripts) - Monitor post-deployment system performance to ensure operational success
REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field - 2–3 years of experience in Business Solutions, Business Analysis, or similar roles - Business Analyst certification is a strong advantage - Experience in the life insurance industry is required - ⁠Proven achievement in handling or delivering IT projects, particularly in IT business solutions
