DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for continuous improvement of the timely and cost-effective acquisition of products, while maintaining high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.
REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field • Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPM) preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement • Proven track record of successful procurement management in F&B industry • Experience with international sourcing and supply chain management Technical Skills • Proficient in procurement software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems • In-depth understanding of market trends and industry dynamics Soft Skills • Strong negotiation and contract management skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Leadership and team management capabilities • Attention to detail and accuracy in decision-making
