DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Drive revenue growth through B2B sales activities in both Enterprise & Education and Wholesale channels. Identify and acquire new institutional clients, including corporate accounts, government agencies, and educational institutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, resellers, and distributors. Manage and coordinate daily sales activities of channel partners, including monitoring sell-out inventory, pricing, promotions, account receivables, and preparing regular reports. Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and order fulfillment. Monitor sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement. Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support continuous sales strategy development.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales and/or distribution channel management, ideally within the consumer electronics or technology industry. Diploma degree or higher in any field. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP). Experience in Retail Sales, Direct Sales, or Sales Companies is preferred. Fluent in English is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
