DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in maintaining and updating the organizational chart and employee database for accurate records. Provide assistance with various HR administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Assist in analyzing HR metrics such as turnover rate, headcount, and other key performance indicators to support decision-making. Support operational roles in HRBP matters, maintain data for employee attendance, contract employment status, probation evaluations, etc.
REQUIREMENT

Final year students and Fresh Graduates with a minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Resource/Management or any related fields are welcome to apply Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Capable of thinking critically and analyzing data to derive insights Working arrangement: WFO, Monday-Friday, 08.00-17.00 WIB Placement: Thamrin, Central Jakarta Duration: 12 months
