DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Supports the presales process for Network, Wireless, Security, and Cloud solutions, especially for Cybersecurity NIST & Zero Trust concept 2. Work closely with the Sales team in articulating solutions to customer 3. Work closely with the Delivery team in providing pre-project scope of work to size for professional services 4. Gather the Business and technical requirements and develop cost-effective solutions for the customer 5. Develop proposal documentation, pricing, and statements of work for customers 6. Obtain and maintain certifications for the different product lines available
REQUIREMENT

1. Education preferably Bachelor's degree 2. Have at least 2 years of experience in the same position. 3. Able to communicate in English, both oral and written 4. Have knowledge of one of the following security products: Check Point, Palo Alto, and Fortinet. (more than 1 is a plus) 5. Have at least 1 security certification: Cisco (CCNA / CCNP) or Checkpoint (CCSA) or Palo Alto (PCNSA) or Fortinet (NSE1-3) 6. CEH Certified is preferable 7. Familiar with COBIT / ITIL / ISO 27001:2022 8. Willing to work in Surabaya
