DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitoring and responding to client issues on our platform, system error, and other events that may require immediate attention Providing training for new clients about our products Maintaining issues or bugs in the platform from client reports/internal reports Providing technical and administrative support for the day-to-day operations of a business Undertaking additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management to support the overall objectives of the team Assist in documenting user requirements and project goals within the Business Requirement Document (BRD), and developing the Functional Specification Document (FSD) based on the BRD to support business needs
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Has experience as administrasi/customer/user support in Warehouse/Logistics Department from any Industry or from any related function for around 1-2 years. Fresh Graduate are welcome Ability to communicate in English is a plus Strong in administration, documentation, report preparation, and meeting coordination. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams on different projects. Mobile work availability: Able to attend offline meetings with clients. Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills. Willing to work in rotating shifts, including weekends. Possess excellent problem-solving, customer service, and project management skills.
