DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide valuable insights to senior management Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and reconciliations Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to enhance financial controls and operational efficiency Liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure the integrity of financial data and timely completion of audits Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial reporting systems and processes
REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting management role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, standards, and regulations Proficient in the use of financial reporting and analysis software, such as Excel and accounting software Proficient in English is a must
