DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Calculating employee work hours. Calculating employee benefits and deductions. Preparing employee compensation checks using payroll software. Ensuring taxes comply with company and state regulations. Scheduling electronic payments and handing out pay-checks. Preparing payroll reports. Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
REQUIREMENT

Min. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields. Min. 2 years of experience in payroll, tax consulting, or payroll consulting, handling payroll for a large organization. Experience managing payroll for a company with at least 1,000 employees across multiple entities or locations. Advanced knowledge in tax regulations. In-depth understanding of payroll processes for complex organizational structures with 5-6 components, including various employee classifications and varying compensation schemes. Certified in Brevet A & Brevet B. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and payroll software. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle complex payroll scenarios. Excellent communication skills to respond to employee queries related to compensation, tax, benefits, and deductions.
