DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
REQUIREMENT

Have minimum SMU/Diploma/Barchelor Degree of any major Experience minimum 1 year working with customer support or retail furniture. Must have pleasant, professionality, responsible and trustworthy. Good communication, teamwork & collaboration skills Willing to work mobile & shifting (Saturday & Sunday).
