DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Work with Key Account Manager to develop sales and marketing plans across key accounts (Guardian,OhSome,Sociolla Etc) 2. Meeting & exceeding sales targets as assigned 3. Identifying, acquiring, and building strong relationships with new and existing modern trade accounts 4. Maintain sales reports for all designated accounts on a regular basis and participate in regular meetings to review performance 5. Coordinating with Account Manager and other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services. 6. Track & report activities of competitors 7. Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum 1 year experience as Key Account Executive (Modern Trade) in FMCG business 2. Fluent in English, both written and spoken 3. Able to develop channel sales strategy 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills 5. Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated 6. Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target 7. Willing to travel throughout Indonesia if needed
