DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement human capital strategies aligned with the organization's goals and vision. Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, advising on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
REQUIREMENT

Male or Female Max. 45 Years Old Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in organizational development roles. Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale change management and organizational transformation projects.
