REQUIREMENT
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in IT or a related field is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in remote support tools and ticketing systems. Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration. Competence in creating and updating technical documentation. Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
