DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, achieve sales targets, and maintain brand image and product displays. Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate team members, optimizing staff allocation to enhance performance. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experiences, resolve complaints, and enhance satisfaction. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and prevent losses while balancing supply and demand. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, optimize strategies, and report on operational performance. Event Promotion: Organize brand activities to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
REQUIREMENT

Proven retail leadership experience with a strong ability to coach and motivate a high-performing team. Strong skills in sales, team management, data analysis, and problem-solving. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, ensuring positive customer experiences. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and various locations. Passion for outdoor activities is a plus. Basic English proficiency is preferred.
