A. Supporting, Developing & Executing Sales Strategies
Develop sales plans, budgets and forecasts
Monitor and report on sales performance against targets, making adjustments as necessary
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with overall business goals
Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to inform strategy
Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth
Develop strategies for entering new markets or segments
Works with sales leader to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for the segment
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall business strategies
Utilize data and analytics to access sales performance, identify trends and make data-driven decisions
Implement improvements based on insight gained from sales analytics
Provide input to product development based on customer feedback and market trends
B. Managing Sales Activities
Monitors all day-to-day activities of direct reports
Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team
Assist the sales team in closing key deals and managing complex sales transactions
Lead high-level sales presentations and negotiations
C. Analyzing and Reporting on Sales and Financial Data
Analyzes market information and implements strategy to achieve sales goals and strategy
Manage the sales budget, ensuring cost effective strategies
Monitor and control expenses related to the sales function
D. Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and ensure customer satisfaction
Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service
Observe service behaviors of employees and provide feedback to individuals
E. Building Successful Relationships
Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure the property needs are being achieved and the sales efforts are complementary, not duplicative
Generate new business and close deals by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking
F. Leadership
Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support and training
Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and innovative work environment
REQUIREMENT
Experience in the commercial Real estate field/Property not less than 8 years.
High organization and planning skills.
Good command of English & computer programs.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
