REQUIREMENT
Min bachelor degree of human resources management, law, psychology or related Have min 13 years working experience as People & Culture, People Development/Organizational Development, HRBP, Training and HR related matters in manufactures industries Have good knowledge & understanding of social audit (ILS, SMETA SEDEX or related) Understanding of Quality Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or related) Prior experience from a related industry (such as manufacture, PMA Manufacture) will be advantageous Good communication in English is a must Excellent communication, posses strategic thinking, ability to make effective decision, co-ordinates effectively with stake holders (local & overseas) Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company Able to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks accurately Outgoing and possess “Can Do” attitude with good inter-personal skills
