DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support project managers in Oracle HCM implementations. Facilitate discussions on system process design. Configure and review system configurations. Manage data conversion and integration activities. Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security compliance. Design and execute test plans and user training. Resolve implementation issues and escalate as needed. Plan and execute cutover and deployment. Act as a liaison between regional and local teams.
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience in Oracle HCM implementation and support. Strong HR process and best practices knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented and quality-focused. Experience with data conversion and integration. Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, or a related field.
