DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

REQUIREMENT

Candidate must have at least 6 months of Service Desk/Helpdesk or Technical Support experience. Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control In-depth and current knowledge of computer programs and hardware. Has the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Excellent customer service attitude is a plus.  Candidate must be friendly and great at establishing rapport with customers  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or similar is a plus! Willing to work on a shifting schedule Amenable to work in the office (Eastwood Libis, Quezon City)
