DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide technical support, configuration and monitors application systems (POS & ERP).
Provides the end-user support how to use the application or system.
Respond tickets issue in a timely manner including incident investigation, troubleshooting, escalation to 2nd level and identify potential solutions.
Ensures the data processing in a business run smoothly and enables users to conduct their business.
Monitor response time and processing time for each Incident, Service Request and Change Request.
Coordinate with related parties to ensure compliance with SLAs related to Incident tickets and Service Requests registered in the ticketing application.
Collaborate with the software development team to understand product changes and update/develop new tests as required.
Follow up on job requests from users (hardware, network)
Perform maintenance on IT devices
Support NSO (New Store Opening)
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree from Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management related field but fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Proficient in SQL queries.
Have knowledge in POS system is a plus.
Experience in performing all phases of software testing is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting and time management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
