DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement short-term and long-term financial strategies to support the company's business objectives. Oversee the company’s cash flow management to ensure liquidity. Establish and manage financial policies, including accounting procedures and internal controls. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal audit requirements. Supervise all bookkeeping processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing. Supervise tax reporting (VAT, income tax, and other taxes) and ensure timely payment. Analyze financial performance, including financial ratios, profitability, and trend analysis, to support strategic decision-making. Ensure the company complies with all financial regulations, legal requirements, and applicable accounting standards. Manage the preparation of budgets and monitor actual performance regularly. Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding financial performance and growth opportunities. Lead and develop the finance and accounting team to maintain competence and motivation.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Tax certification (Brevet A & B) is an additional advantage. At least 5-7 years of work experience in finance and accounting, with 2-3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record in leading accounting and finance teams in managing financial reporting, budgeting, and audits. In-depth knowledge of corporate taxation (VAT, income tax, etc.) and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. Proficient in preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, and conducting budget analysis. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights for decision-making. High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing financial reports and analyses Strong leadership skills to lead, train, and develop teams to achieve optimal performance.
