DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications using Python and Django. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including campaign managers, sales managers, and other developers, to define software requirements and specifications. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including code reviews, testing, and debugging. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives. Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks, and identify opportunities for improvement.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). 5+ years of professional experience as a software developer with good knowledge of Python and a strong focus on programming best practices, like SOLID and DRY. Desirable: proficiency in Django, with a track record of building and deploying high-quality, scalable applications. If you don’t have but think you can learn fast, apply anyway. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, relational databases, and ORM concepts. Experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is a plus. Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, including Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and collaboration. Good command in English (Speaking and Written)
