DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Assist in keeping track of DC servers, switches, and other equipment assets and inventory - Assist in setup, cable patching and basic configurations of the server & network equipment - Assist in processing data center equipment related tickets - Assist in routine and ad-hoc equipment health check and basic troubleshooting & fix - Perform ad-hoc server log collection, CPU/RAM/HDD/PSU/etc. replacement - Perform ad-hoc network ping/traceroute/etc., module replacement - Escort vendors and contractors for their onsite troubleshooting or logistic works - Coordinate data center equipment relocation, inbound/outbound transfer, etc - Other onsite works upon customer team's request
REQUIREMENT

- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines - Fundamental knowledge and competency in use of Windows Server and Linux - Very good work attitude to support well with the customer team, vendors and contractors - Very good work initiative and efficiency to get things done on customer's usual and urgent tasks - Physically fit in ad-hoc handling DC hardware equipments (commonly 20kg) - Fresh graduates, and candidates with limited experiences are welcome to apply - Trainings will be provided to get ready before reporting to customer site
