DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead the HR team and manage all HR functions. Ensure legal compliance with labor laws. Oversee recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee relations. Act as a bridge between leadership and the HR team. Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and employee development plans. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure communication and adherence to all HR guidelines. Use data to analyze workforce trends, track key HR metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to foster a positive workplace culture and high employee engagement. Directly report to directors
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource management Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and best HR practices. Experience in hospitality, retail, or franchise management is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Has at least 3 years of experience in leading a HR Team
