DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Integration Server monitoring, configuration, and administration. Making sure all servers are always healthy, up and running and have lesser risk of encountering any issues base on business demand.
Deployment of latest version of our application in our Production, QA and UAT environment
Will investigate any production issues and do a quick fix or workaround to resolve the issue ASAP. He will also coordinate to proper team member if a bug was found.
Manage our Azure services and subscriptions.
Monitor and renewal of credentials needed by our Azure Services or Integration Servers
Coordinate any network issue we may encounter to our Infrastructure team.
Improve existing monitoring and reporting capability of Integration Servers by using knowledge on shell scripting.
REQUIREMENT
7+ years of IT experience
Advance knowledge in Unix and Windows servers
Expert in creating Shell Script
Has 5 years' experience using Azure
Has experience doing Level 1 production support
Knowledgeable in computer networking
Atlassian Jira/Confluence experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Computer Science and/or MIS)
Excellent English skills (both written and spoken)
