DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage front office reception area by welcoming visitors, guests and customers Received, sort and route mails & courier delivery and distribute speedily to staff Maintain a clean and well-organized reception area Provide general clerical or admin support as may be assigned from time to time Ensure office pantry’s food and drinks supplies are always sufficient for staffs to consume Maintain cleanliness of general office areas Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
REQUIREMENT

Candidates must possess at least SPM qualification Fresh graduates / candidates with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply Good communication skills and able to liaise with staffs from various background Good command of Mandarin language (spoken and written) as required to deal with colleagues from Mandarin speaking countries Willing to work on shift rotation (3 shifts rotate - 8am-5pm / 2pm-11pm / 11pm-8am)
