DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare letters, reports, memos, minutes of meetings, invoices, financial/variation statements or other documents using word processing, spreadsheet database or presentation software. Read and analyze incoming memos, letters, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Conduct research, compile data and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and directors. Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages. Make travel arrangement for the executives and manage executive diaries. Perform general office duties, such as monitoring office supplies, maintaining records, management of database systems, and monitoring timely submission of reports. Receive, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
