DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
Curate relevant content to reach the target audience (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Company website, Foursquare, Flickr, etc.)
Experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms (eg, Radian6, FB Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics, Social Mention etc)
Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts
Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of Social Media Programs. Analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
Develop digital strategy to support ongoing campaigns and promotions
Develop design, format and layout marketing materials for print and online (e.g. Facebook, Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, sales kits, marketing collateral etc.)
Design, create and manage promotions and Facebook and other digital ad campaigns on weekly basis
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass
Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
Required skill(s): adobe creative suite (indesign, After Effect, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, Macromedia Flash)
Required language(s): English
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent
