DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage office supplies and stock items Book travel for office staff as needed Create and manage expense reports for others Review and approve office-related invoices Files employee records and miscellaneous documents Verifies that employee records are complete and accurate Tracks office expenses and completes reports for management team Orders and tracks employee shirts and uniforms Handles certain IT communication and service requests Acts as a liaison to property management
REQUIREMENT

2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant Experience with Deltek Accounting Software Experience in government contracting Familiarity with Human Resources compliance requirements Outstanding communication skills Ability to multi-task Time Management Competency in Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail Willingness to learn and accept new challenges Highly motivated self-starter
