DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Handle customer’s enquiries and servicing existing customers including key accounts; provide customer service support to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved; visits to clients are occasionally required to build rapport and maintain the relationship
Develop an excellent relationship with customers, working closely with them on sales forecasting as well as to expand the accounts towards achieving organization’s business growth and objectives.
Communicate and interact with customers, back office and operations team frequently and as necessary to ensure all documentation are accurate and compliance to requirements while delivering the promised turnaround times.
Support proposal and ad-hoc quotations as and when necessary
Work closely with sales and management team towards meeting weekly/monthly sales target
Performs system data entry and ensures prompt follow up on all requests
Monitor accounts receivable status and recovers any outstanding payments
Assist in preparation of periodical reports to monitor contract performance
Working within stipulated contractual requirements and quality procedures
REQUIREMENT
Degree or diploma with at least 2 years relevant work experience, preferably in import/export, shipping, logistics and/or certification environment.
Computer literate and able to speak/write English fluently is a must.
Independent, proactive, self-motivated and a good team player.
Customer orientated, positive attitude and willingness to learn; able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
Applicants who can commence work within short notice will have an added advantage.
