Online Trading
Identify selling opportunities for WW, LSA, MW, MSA, JWL and H&L across categories, brands and departments and develop online and in-store trade pushes in collaboration with the regional Sales & Service and PR & Marketing Teams
Work with Commercial Team to continually look for replenishment opportunities and to achieve optimal allocation and availability of stock across touchpoints
Work with regional Sales & Service and PR & Marketing Teams to collect customer feedback and develop actionable insights to improve performance in the China Region across stores and online
Analyse seasonal performance to identify key opportunities for growth, as well as risk areas, and feedback to CBO and Commercial Teams

Oversee day-to-day online product merchandising activities with focus on brand and category merchandising, ensuring merchandise assortments are presented correctly across digital platforms (ie strike a balance between brand and commerce)
Oversee day-to-day trading activities, including product launches, deliveries and stock management
Monitor margins and markdown strategies providing seasonal and in-season suggestions to Commercial Team based on actual performance
Review online trade on a daily/weekly basis, recommend and implement changes to drive traffic, improve conversion and ultimately achieve sales targets
Review execution of content plan as well as static content sections and request changes to respective teams as needed
Work with key support functions such as warehouse and finance to ensure there is a smooth and reliable operation, especially ahead and during peak trading periods

Online Marketing
Develop plans and tactics for the main online marketing channels includes, but are not limited to: paid search, affiliates network, content seeding and all digital advertising
Engage and work closely with external media agencies to continually understand the media market offerings, where we can reach our target audiences and how to maximise our media dollars
Ensure performance marketing channels are in full alignment with the connected calendar which reflects all marketing activities across product and service, online and offline in China
Manage the performance marketing budget ensuring activities achieve set targets and are delivered within budget
Analyze and evaluate the results for the performance marketing as well as other digital channels and prepare reports as required on time including proposals, post mortem and various other requests appropriate for each program
Evaluate campaign effectiveness to improve the performance and provide valuable feedback and actionable insights to other key areas of the business
Drive Online Retail Development
Assist in the development of online business strategy in collaboration with Head of Online Retail
Identify innovative online retail development ideas based on internally developed insight or from externally inspired research to continually enhance the online customer proposition and drive profitable growth
Work closely with the Online Retail Team to develop ideas into initiatives and then implement them
Support ongoing online retail development initiatives such as product extensions, website enhancements, introduction of new functionality, O2O integration, etc
Continually monitor luxury fashion developments to identify and communicate market gaps and opportunities as well as changes in the competitive landscape
