DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist walk in costumer to fill in form, request and other information. Account opening and closing. Time deposit: receive, delivery and roll over. Delivery of account, customer statement, giro/ cheque books, return checks Answer walk in customers inquiry for balance checking, FX, and other routine account mutation. Debit process for dormant and inactive account monthly if min balance insufficient balance. Receive and checking e-BCI, IB, ATM and other service channel Handle walk in customer complaint.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university 2 years of working experiences as Customer Service in banking industry Pleasant appearance, friendly and willing to help Excellent communication skill Proficient in Mandarin Language is a must Willing to be located in Puri Branch
