DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Customer Success Management - Be the trusted advisor and advocate to your customers On boarding - Engage customers proactively with regular strategy communication via e-mails, live chat or calls to drive value and usage across ABSS’ products Training - Ascertain customer goals and collaborate on customized inbound strategic plans while driving customer accountability Cross-sell, Up-sell & Renewals - Perform data-driven reviews and analysis on customer portfolio to prioritize opportunity and risk Customer Support - Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources Advocacy - Partner with internal teams to maintain and grow customer investment
REQUIREMENT

Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills Aptitude for learning software Prior experience in a customer service or consulting role Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to details Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively drive an email, live chat or phone conversation The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment A verifiable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding goals Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing company Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, product, marketing, services) A Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field Fresh graduates or entry level applicants are encouraged to apply Posses less than 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office
