DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
To manage the receipt, handling, and escalation of all sales enquiries
To create and implement a Marketing strategy
To identify and co-ordinate market information
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta. Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Must experince in packaging industry Full-Time position(s) available.
