DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare or handling tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentations. Forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project. Track the changes to the design and/or construction works and adjust budget projections accordingly. Procure or agree the sevices of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project. Responsible site measurement and carry out site valuation at project sites. Liase with client, consultant and other contruction professionals. Select and/or source construction materials. Prepare reports and proposals. Handle other ad hoc duties assigned by the superior.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must prossess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Architecture, others, Quantity Survey, Urban Studies/Town Planning or Equivalent. Required skill(s): AutoCad Required language(s): Chinese, English Applications must be posses own transport and able to travel to outstation. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
