Support or lead and manage customer service and operation of other activities or departments within CMA CGM Logistics Malaysia, whenever required.
Portrait the company a customer centered and service quality-oriented organization; to provide customers the first class service and experience; ensure or minimize complaints and service failures either costly or non-costly; as to support the business retention, improvement and expansion.
Understand customers’ requirements; keep abreast of organization’s policies and procedures as well as local and foreign policies and regulations, so to update the internal Standard Operating Procedure and Customer Service Policy.
Ensure smooth operation and zero or minimal service failure.
Provide support on time-2-time to team member.
Manage Cargo Insurance portfolio with coordination with vendor AXA and customers.
Systems – Cargowise, LARA, E-Commerce’s booking with carriers & Merimen system (Cargo Insurance
REQUIREMENT
Diploma/Degree in any discipline
Pleasant and quality customer management. Persuasive and results-oriented with pleasant personality.
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Experience in SOP establishment is an added advantage
