DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To provide service excellence for customers by ensuring that all incoming complaints has been resolved in accordance with procedure and SLA. Resolving customers’ queries within agreed authority, investigating the cause of any complaints, gathering information from relevant department and service teams.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field. Excellent verbal and written ommunication skill Customer Focus Intermediate in MS Office Able to prioritized workloads and meet deadlines Interpersonal skills, able to communicate with a wide range of people Ethical, focused on treating customers fairly High attention to detail Familiar with Insurance products
