DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for any pre-sales, post-sales and sales enquires with on-going customer Perform sales calls to existing customer to up sales products and services Deliver an excellent level of customer service: to maximize sales, client satisfaction and retention Conduct outbound calls to customers to cross sell/ upsell insurance needs Promote products to new and existing customers using Telephone as the main medium of contact
REQUIREMENT

GCE ‘O’ level / Diploma Holder in any field Possess Insurance certification (GI – BCP & PGI) and basic computing skills will be an added advantage Energetic, outgoing personality and service oriented Able to converse fluently in both English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers) Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
