DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Explain product to customers using English or Indonesian language via online chat (WhatsApp, Instagram, website, etc, and face-to-face). Be available to respond to customer via phone and chat (WA, Instagram, etc) Monday - Sunday, 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. Process order, coordinate delivery, assist in Quality Control. Handle customer's complaints and claims. Post on company's social media, send newsletter. Be available to fly internationally throughout Asia, Middle East, Europe, USA, Canada for exhibitions. Working hours inside office: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 09:00 - 16:30, including public holiday.
REQUIREMENT

Earned a Bachelor’s Degree. Excellent English - written and verbal communication skills. Age 25-33 years old. Able to communicate professionaly via online text / chat. Able to understand technical products. Good with social media. Well-mannered, tidy. Work area in Cideng, Central Jakarta.
