DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead a team of executives and engineers to deliver commercial development projects in SMRT premises
Manage consultants to ensure design standards are met and submitted in a timely manner
Liaise with authorities to facilitate clearance of submissions (e.g. BCA, LTA, etc.)
Oversee the project teams to ensure timely completion of projects and good quality of works
Liaise with authorities to facilitate clearance of submissions
REQUIREMENT
Experience in M&E works as well as Asset Enhancement Initiatives Experience in construction project management and be conversant with Singapore’s codes of practice and regulations Candidate with consultancy background will be good.
