Weekly analysis of performance marketing channel spend and performance across all key metrics. Building data templates to enable ongoing reporting of analysis and tracking of performance. Collaborate with the Marketing agency to design, implement and monitor optimization tests within each channel. Establish KPI goals and benchmarks for each individual channel. Identify optimization opportunities and perform sizing analysis to assess the incremental audience, revenue, contribution margin and other potential impacts to our KPIs. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with different stakeholders across all levels. Work closely with Management, Broadcasters, and teams to identify critical business questions and potential areas of opportunity and translate these questions into technical requirements. Transform collected data into analyses and presentable insights and recommendations for action by creating dashboards, reports, and analyses that explain the customer digital experience/journey – data based storytelling. Identify, manage and maintain, troubleshoot tracking and conversion defects. From time to time assist in other business entities in the group on the front of Digital Marketing as required

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel/Google Sheets are required. Experience in web analytics requirements gathering, solution design and implementation. Experience setting up and managing Google Analytics from scratch. Other analytics experience could include MixPanel. Experience tracking the performance of a mobile application launch in the Apple and Android App Store. Experience tracking performance of our SEO, AdWords, paid and organic social, and email channels. Experience with visitor intelligence / behavior, tracking/tagging, and cohort analysis. Experience with various attribution models (last click, time decay, position based) Strong analytical skills and database experience, including ability to perform detailed analysis and modelling in excel, ex. pivot tables, vlookup Strong ability to derive insights and recommendations from data and turn them into actionable marketing insights. Happy to take the lead or collaborate closely with a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
