DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Execute sales strategies Identify and sought out new domestic customers from within existing distribution markets or forge new ones (especially Koperasi) Proactively seek out opportunities – new markets, new channels to market, new customers Manage and develop customer accounts so as to increase sales volumes Engage customers to understand their needs Propose value-added solutions and services Work with the operations and finance teams to resolve logistics and credit issues Manage credit with customers and follow process/procedures on same. Perform the beef sales and promote company brand Gain new customers and retain existing customers Ensure the achievement of sales target Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned area of Jakarta to the Hotel Restaurant market segment by effectively selling the company’s beef products. Personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers.
REQUIREMENT

Strongly motivated by sales and PNL targets Excellent at establishing/maintaining relationships at retail level Experience in selling to retail markets in Jakarta/West Java Aggressive salesperson who knows how to interact with retailers Willingness to travel to meet customers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Sales and PNL driven Highly resilient and ability to manage and convince challenging customers Good beef product knowledge is preferably Able to communicate confidently in English Computer literate Must have sales experience, preferably to hotels and restaurants Be able to communicate in Japanese is preferably
