DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Take inbound calls or email inquiries from customers or clients; Assist them, via English or Korean language, with their product and service concerns; Adhere to client-defined processes and procedures and company policies; Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability and quality requirements; Meet pre-determined targets; and Ensure proper documentation of activities in the client tool pertaining to customer problems, requests and actions taken.
REQUIREMENT

Valuable work experience Earned a Bachelor’s Degree or Passed 12 STD Korean nationality Excellent English and Korean written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge on Microsoft Office applications Ability to start immediately (November 2017) Ability to work on shifting (or graveyard) schedules Strong Customer Service Skills
